Flood Management for Non-Emergency Services (FMNES)

The FMNES course is designed for managers of non-emergency services during flood events, for example, managers of utilities, road workers, and transport companies. Topics covered include operating safely in flood zones, equipment needs, preplanning, risk management, and multi-agency flood planning.
