Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Advanced Instructor (SRTAI)
The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Advanced Instructor pathway is designed for teaching personnel with a swiftwater and rope capability up to Technician level.
Prerequisites
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician (SRT) (24 hours) at least twice
- Rope Rescue Operator (RRO) (30 hours) at least twice
- Swiftwater & Flood Rescue Technician Advanced (SRTA) (24 hours) at least twice
- EMT or Wilderness First Responder (WFR)

- Professional Qualification Assessment: Water & Rope (PQWR)
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Specialist Instructor (SFRSI) course (24 hours)
