Co-Worker Rescue at
Heights Instructor (CWRHI)
The Co-Worker Rescue at Height Instructor course will enable candidates to teach the regulations, legislation and equipment relevant to working at height, and demonstrate safe systems of work. They will also be able to teach participants how to deal with a colleague who has fallen and is hanging in their fall arrest system.
Prerequisites
- Co-Worker Rescue at Heights (CWRH)
- Industrial Rope Rescue Technician (IRRT) or Rope Access for Emergency Responders (RAFER)
- Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or equivalent workplace medical certification
Instructor training & assessment
Observe, assist & be assessed by IRRT-IT and/or as agreed upon with Northwest Rescue’s International Office
Qualification valid for
2 years
Able to teach
Safe Work at Heights (SWAH)
